Short-term therapy for long-term wellbeing

Biography

Several years ago, when I was suffering from insomnia and feeling overwhelmingly stressed, I found Autogenic Training really helpful for my own wellbeing and personal development. I was very impressed by the power of AT, which is why I trained as an autogenic therapist. I am a registered member of British Autogenic Society and an active member of its Development Team.

I moved to London and completed the British Autogenic Society Diploma course after acquiring my MSc Biology and BA Event Manager (Culture and Education) degrees. Biology studies proved to be of great help not only in better understanding the basic principles of Autogenic Training but also in recognizing clients’ requirements. I also have a strong interest in body symbolism and transpersonal psychology.

I am constantly amazed by the autogenic process, and how people find their own way of moving towards a more balanced emotional and physical life. Through AT I can teach you a method that enables you to help yourself and improve your health and general well being.
